Chef Bren's Cupcake and Catering Company is now "OPEN FOR BUSINESS"

Ever since I was a little girl, I have always had a passion for baking. After several successful business endeavors, I am finally blending two of my natural talents: business and baking.

As a professional chef located in Texarkana, Texas, I have finally begun taking on catering events. My specialties are cupcakes, cheesecakes, and, well, all kinds of cakes. But, I'm also a talented cook and chef: a culinary school graduate with experience as a pastry chef and instructor at the local college.

Above is a creation I made for a New Year's brunch called a Taco Cheesecake that was a big hit—not only for its unique look but also for its great taste. Check back soon for more pictures of my culinary creations.
